1. Prepare correspondence and other documents and arrange their distribution as directed by senior staff.
2. Under the direction of senior staff prepare agendas and take minutes at meetings to ensure that an accurate record is maintained.
3. Maintain and develop electronic and desk diary management systems within project team to reflect project plans.
4. Organise meetings and functions and contribute to the project teams for larger events such as seminars or conferences ensuring that room bookings, layouts, and catering are planned appropriately.
5. Organise travel and accommodation arrangements for senior staff as and when required.
6. Design, implement and maintain IT systems and office procedures for projects.
7. Support the central filing system (and the development of electronic filing) to ensure core documents are widely available throughout the Division.
8. Research information and relevant data, as required by the Programme Manager*Line Manager.
